Terms of Service

Last updated: 21 October 2026

1. Acceptance

By accessing the InvoWay website or using the InvoWay service you agree to these Terms. If you use the service for a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

InvoWay provides middleware that converts transaction data into PINT-AE (UBL 2.1) invoices, validates them, and transmits them through Accredited Service Providers and the Peppol network, with status tracking and audit records. Features and plans are described on our website or in your order form.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping API keys and credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at arif@maq-solutions.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Your responsibilities

  • The accuracy and completeness of invoice and tax data you submit, including TRNs, tax amounts and transaction details.
  • Your own compliance with UAE tax law and e-invoicing obligations. InvoWay is a technical tool; it does not provide tax, legal or accounting advice.
  • Having the right to submit any personal data you send to us.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting the platform, sending unlawful or fraudulent invoices, or reverse engineering the service except as permitted by law.

6. Fees

Fees are as shown in your selected plan or agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of VAT and non-refundable once a billing period has started.

7. Third-party networks

Delivery depends on ASPs, the Peppol network and FTA systems that we do not control. We are not liable for delays, rejections or outages caused by them, but will work to help you resolve issues.

8. Intellectual property

InvoWay and its licensors own the service, software and branding. You keep ownership of your data and grant us a limited licence to process it to provide the service.

9. Confidentiality and data protection

Each party will keep the other's confidential information secure. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as available". To the extent permitted by law, InvoWay is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for penalties arising from inaccurate data you provide, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend access for breach of these Terms or to protect the service. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will continue.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction, unless your agreement with us states otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
